Well started the repairs today, pretty happy so far.

Painted the guard and flare today pretty happy with the result but a lot of work.

14 x 10 with 245 50 14 eager. To be honest they now hang out too far and rub under full compression. I have 1~ 14 x 9.25 hotwire with 3 inch back space that with machining will be spot on. Trouble is finding another one has been hard to find so I have just bought 2 14 x 8 hotwires if it gives me grief.
