G'day All

Well after much waiting, I have finally had a reply from Photobucket

Hello,

Thanks for purchasing a subscription! We looked into your account and unfortunately, the subscription plan you've purchased is not the correct plan for 3rd Party Hosting. The Plus 500 plan is the only option for 3rd Party Hosting at this time.

Since you've already purchased a subscription, if you choose to enable 3rd Party Hosting, your payment will be prorated when you upgrade your account to a Plus 500 plan. To upgrade your account, please click here

Once you've completed your purchase, you may need to clear your browsers cache and cookies to update your pages.

If you have any additional questions about upgrading, please let us know.

Thank you

Richmond at Photobucket Support

As I do not do a large lot of downloading, I do not require their $400 per year upgrade

I am not made of money, I do not have a fur king money tree in my backyard and do not have a " sugar daddy" to pay for my upgrade so I will be cancelling my photobucket account

Sorry for the inconvenience of my photos not being able to be seen but as one Ned Kelly put it "Such is Life"

Luckily I have imgur to use

RegardSS ..........  Barry

Why doesn't everyone just use tapatalk? Shrinks the pics automatically and simple to use. No idea who is hosting them though?

G'day All

Yes I have smart phone but got the internet disconnected as I am not interested in doing the web when I am out and about

I've better things to do with my time

This is what I found out about tapatalk

Tapatalk is an application to allow access to Internet forums on mobile devices, developed by Tapatalk, Inc. Tapatalk is primarily designed to provide improved forum access for mobile platforms over access provided by the forum software itself.

Did not do anymore investigating on that lot

So, as said, will stick with imgur till it decides that they want to charge a motza

This photobucket embed fix on chrome has enabled me to see the photos on the build threads. Hope this helps a bit.
