My old original ashtray looks a bit tatty but I am in two minds do whether to paint it or just leave it old school. Thoughts.

Leave it original otherwise it would look odd without painting the whole dash fascia

Buy one the SS replica ones off ebag and fit it to another ashtray so you have the best of both worlds :-)

Or buy the whole dash facia assembly off ebag for about $500 and fit it up keeping the original one as it and tuck it away.
