Just done this Tony- bastard of a job.

Basically you need to bash them out using anything you can find.

It's hard to get a swing at them but a combination of big hammer, WD40, cold chisel, and perseverance

and you will eventually win.

I got mine out easy as,I used an air chisel,I made up a half moon spacer to go in between the outter sides of the arms to stop them collapsing and used a good vice to pull them in

Adding to the above,if you put the chisel along the same axis as the bolt it shrinks the bush, hope that makes sense

As above,I replaced the whole lot, easy as,I used a piece of pipe cut in half,to form a U shape doesn't need to be any thing super accurate just enough to stop the sides collapsing

Hammers and chisels!? All you need is a length of threaded rod and a couple of nuts with with a few choice bits of scrap pipe/steel to make a puller - can be used to remove and install without damage.

+1 for the air chisel.

Hammer the 'small' end in 2 or 3 places, ( the old bush will deform )  put the bit behind it & they drift straight out.
