Got a FAST retro fit kit on Gum Tree that would probably do what you need:

FAST EFI Retrofit Kit 30404

Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

$1,550

Had for over a year, changed plans, brand new in unopened bags. Comes with EZ2 Computer, all sensors, touch screen, fuel pressure sensor and loom, Just needs injection manifold and throttle body to get going.

Bought it, then found out not great for manual driven cars with the self learning function. So went Sportsman instead. You can see pics here.

you could retain the factory delco, and retune it, check out PCM hacking, the delco is still a fair bit ahead of the haltech, even though they're a 30yr old + ecu, im ready to retune mine, just havent finished building the motor

kalmaker could be another option.
