Could someone possibly if they have a rocker cover or a head handy, measure the bolt spacing on the outside 2 cover hold down bolts

 

Just trying to establish weather the spacing is the same for VN heads

Not 100% accurate as I only used a steel ruler, but about 223mm centre to centre Dave.

Trying to find an ignition lead separator bracket that will bolt straight up -- looks like there is only 3mm difference SBC to VN spacings

Then there is this type which bolt on anywhere you want to drill a hole. (Never used them though so don't know if they are good.)

Was looking at the vertical ones  - same sort of separators but on a frame that fits into the cover hold down points 

Ordered and one on its way
