Dear Torana friends,
 
With a great support from Performancewheels in QLD my Beast has some new boots !
 
10x15 Hotwires custom made to my specs.
 
Soon the tires coming on as 255/40-15 AVON Semi slicks.

Being in the UK, I struggle with wheel and tire options, I've just got mine from Summit Racing in the US. But it's nice to know getting nice wheels from Oz is an option!

About the tyres,

 

I ordered the Pirelli P7 Rally tarmac tire.

 

265/45-15

Not a cheap tyre, hate to pay freight to get them to Aus.

Cheap vs the last 285/40/15 Yokahama's that I brought locally. Yokies are a pretty hard compound so not great for grip although they do get decent mileage.
