Best torana colour ever.

If you do go under the diff make sure it’s flanged in a couple of spots so it’s easy to remove.
I have both versions and over the diff is much less hassle when you have to jack the car up to do stuff.

We tried mate
Can't fit it over with a 2.5inch exhaust.
The drop tank straps as they come up on an angle kill the room and it's very tight in there as is anyways
It was choking it too , sounds and goes better since I removed it.
I'll just have to jack it up from the diff or get rear shock shortened

I have made 3 inch go over with no car modifications, just mandrel bends, time and patients.

Wow, our cars are twins in lots of ways. Well done mate, it's so much work, eh!

I went under the diff with 3in, and it all fits nicely. It's flanged after the mufflers, so removing the pipes if I can't jack or support it form under the diff is no worries. I couldn't go over the diff with my efi set up with out big mods, so will see how it goes once I am driving it all the time.

Looks great, keep at it!

Yeah I want to do the same 3 inch under flanged as you have.
