;Well you shouldn't be running the welder and compressor at the same time, that's just asking for trouble. Fridges usually only have small motors, shouldn't draw a lot of current.

I worked that out fast buddy haha

Kitchen is the highest room in the house for power usage.

When I was wiring houses I always ran at least 2 circuits through the kitchen, 3 if it worked out that way.

Most things that you turn on in a kitchen pull at least 10 amps. Jugs, frypans, toasters etc.

Add another high power draw and click goes the breaker.

There also used to be maximum number of power points per circuit.

Now they just specify 2 power circuits I believe, and then any number of outlets. (will have to check the regs again one day. I rarely do domestic)

Those with new homes then have lots of problems, particularly if 2 storey, getting their power to work reasonably well.

They are now pretty much limited to 16 amp breakers, where we could use 20 amp breakers previously.

Cheers

Rob

If you are looking for spray guns, try the Wish app.

Ive bought a nice DeVilbiss gun from there.

Bought quite a collection of guns actually.

They have full sized ones, with 3 sets of tips, and some small ones which are a lot better than the stuff from SuperCheap.

Just be careful buying on Wish with what the item is in the description versus the pic of the item.

Often it is just a cover or a paint pot.

Ive got quite a few spare paint pots that I didnt really need.

Cheers

Wish I knew before hand lol all good.
Happy with this purchase
Seen alot of great reviews on this particular primer gun so I'm keen to test it out.
I got it on eBay from an Aussie seller.
Heaps of fakes on ebay by the look of it

I got my last couple of spray guns from Spray Guns Direct in the UK, very fast freight and good prices. If you watch the Gunman's videos on Youtube he does a few tests on their different ones and also shows you how to paint.

An Aussie guy here in Perth.

Rust blasted the hole inside of the crush tube.
Also welded in the mounts for the center console.408bfac8284fd145d365cb8d2a8ed169.jpg5c7457e761d1ba9189f4b68e18eb8379.jpgf89d06d88e0b97ce62f7e3ffd9290409.jpg4462bb44e3ddcf02978e973e1879ea46.jpg887f4e4d66fd8724261df014dda08e41.jpg4ffe02b15471a7bc08f4debdd30f9931.jpg

Spend Saturday tidying up some little imperfections on the doors and a little grinding on the floor of the car.
KBS degreases and rust blasted all the doors so they all ready for paint.
Plan to brush on KBS rust seal to all bottoms of doors where I patched and all other welds on the door and hope to epoxy primer some panels next weekend

Cheers mate.
So much work went into them.

The metal finish came up Awesome with it .
I can't wait till the panels are all the same colour

Doors look great Mitch, great job by you guys and KBS.

Looks like you should be buying the 15 litre drums of Rust Blast for an even better price. I wish I had. I've bought 20 litres so far.

Had a family do on yesterday and didn't want to miss a chance to get some work done on the car this weekend so I had a crack today.
Sanded back the trailing arms where I boxed in and the welds where they penetrated through the back side.
Cleaned and fusion primed the trailing arms first before applying 2 coats of KBS rust seal to them and also the lower control arms.
My front end is now all ready to start building.
Plan to sort out all the bolts and sort out where all the bushes go through the week.
My new spray gun is 100 times better than the other one I have the fan Is huge
Very happy with it. 16989497ea2e551fb90759f1b24bbe63.jpg50d664054bf070e517de6768aa2012e8.jpg0affa29d3cf92be7d6b02e3bff7da64d.jpg3c32a99993895db101f3111f1d213dd7.jpg89b25436518f863100f2259e5be12fe8.jpg517ccd6f7a2f01e241fbee9b2bb17099.jpg74228bda1e205f108c0a752c6399c0f6.jpg

I also 220 grit sanded all of my KBS paint patches on the doors today so they are now ready for epoxy.
I plan to fusion prime over all the KBS rust seal on all the panels before epoxy primer for piece of mind as well.

Nice work, looks like fun. What state r u in? Can’t be Adelaide it’s bloody cold here no way of painting outside at the moment. Reminds me of true ozzie style, u just need a hills hoist to hang all the parts from 😜👍. Keep up the good work.

Started playing with the front end.
Looking the goods so far. I'm a happy boy.
When I ordered my bushings from super pro they have sent me one set of 90k hard bushings and it says they are for the front lower arm front bush is this correct? So 80 at the back and 90 at the front. I thought I ordered soft though. I think they stuffed up. it should be 80 and 70 yeah?
Also my stud welder rocked up!
Having issues installing the upper control arm bushes as well. Arrrrgh0434311ab83517de6b4e86021b6a20de.jpg29fbb325fd412a3c9b8d3acfe87b49ce.jpg054514a4f23718133c9a5e5aa1345025.jpg0368067c7eeeae592e08be5ae7e17ab3.jpg7d146a9de8956dc1ac0e6b20f72be5c3.jpgd0fc833d73c0b802a7deb7d4d1732c25.jpg
