HM Headers were until recently still making them, but a Google search has drawn a blank.
Maybe something has happened with HM?

HM were making up until a couple of years back. A mate had some done. Weren't cheap but were spot on.

A guy in Sydney made a handful of sets with larger primaries. Was on ebay a year ago, may still have some.

A bit of a drive for you but Windsor exhausts at Windsor made my extractors 1 7/8 primaries 4 into 1. They also jet hot coated them and made the complete duel system including a balance pipe.
