Has anyone used any of this type of setup on their torana?

Having 2 x 2000cfm fans should help it with an oil cooler, factory air con condenser & large 3 core radiator, new 355 & 3500 stall or is it an overkill?

No such thing as overkill when it comes to cooling systems! :D

The engine will never run colder than the thermostat allows, but can easily run hotter if the radiator & fans aren't up to scratch.

What type of controller will you be running?

I have a controller with the little adjustable bit you can twist up or down to the temp you are wanting. Similar (maybe an older version) of what's in this photo

Where can you purchase that fan setup from?

Looks neat and compact.

available from ebay, summit racing etc - I generally jump on the US ebay as items like this are much cheaper that way.

Here is another that has slots for air flow which I feel may not help when sitting in traffic?? anyone had experience with any setup like these before?

certainly looks better than AU fans, but is double the price.

I just read the spec & each fan draws 18-25 amps depending on which fans & size. I’ve just fitted a 120amp alternator & im worried it may not be enough as i have a lot of things running off it
