Hello Forum Members, me again :).

Hope you can look at my car and advise the faults.

Car was an original 6cly. Not trying to claim it was a factory 5ltr. It now has a 308/355 a T10 box 9inch diff.

It is a factory 4 speed with black grain vinyl with houndstooth I think it called ? Papaya.

01/76 manufactured.

Rainman

I changed the two doors / two front guards and nose cone.

I saw an identical hatch a couple of weeks ago in Central Qld.

I'm sure it had door handles though.

Hey Gerry, I so much love flares :). I think the 4 door toranas look better than a 2 door when there flared. I did intend on flaring this car but it was to nice. To flare or not to flare ? That is the question

Hey Dave, asked my mechanic to take a pic of the area.

Hi Ray, amazing how taking a pic from a particular angle can create such an optical illusion.

Good to see there is nothing actually wrong with the wheel arch/sill area.

Cheers

Dave.

Cheers Dave,

I did look at some others pics and thought it was the light. Should tell them to get better lighting lol. Once I get it on the road and a few more pics, I am sure there will be some circles / squares and maybe crosses and triangles. Where the front guard bolts to the bottom, there is a gap. Not sure if it is meant to be there. I know the pics are poor quality, can you look at the gaps and tell me what you think ? This is something I don't know about. I Have zoomed right in on some vehicles fault finding but just started doing this :).  What about the colour    Crap/Ok/Nice ?

What colour are you going to paint the sandmen Geno ? Are you going to do the original stripes ? My mate had one of the Valiant Panel Vans with the stripes. Sat out the front of his house for fifteen years after he drove it for ten. Think he sold it for four grand. Seen it for sale months later for sixteen grand I think it was. Told him if I knew he would sell it I would still have it today. Rainman

Can someone advise if the hole on the right hand side if factory ? As you open the lift back, directly on right. We spoke about a hidden stereo, nothing special and now concerned it might have been cut for a speaker.
