Are the rear brake drum components the same for 6cyl and 4cyl Toranas?

I assume you are referring to LC/LJ, then no they are not the same.

 

6-cyl rear drums are 9-inch diameter & use basically the same brakes as EJ/EH/HD/HR Holdens.

 

4-cyl LC/LJ Toranas use English 8-inch Lockheed brakes. NO similarity at all.

 

In LH/LX Toranas 4 & 6-cyl brakes are the same.
