Hi to all to the guys that have fitted v6 vr commodore engine in their torana what did you do with the exhaust. I am having problems with the exhaust hitting on the sway bar this is in a uc torana. It is a standed exhaust. thanks gary

I haven't fitted a V6 in a Torana, but sounds similar to fitting larger pipes to a V8. You can either fit spacers between the mounting bracket to lower the bar or remove it & fit an after market front mounted bar.

You can change, or space, the sway bar...

Hi guys thanks for the replies. It would cost to much to replace the sway-bar so i will have a go at spacing the bar or bending it. Thanks Gary.

Thinking that might end in tears mate.
Its spring steel...bend it and it will just bend back...heat it up and it wont be a sway bar any more.....just my 2 cents
