Ok guys, I’ve decided to remove my booster for the time being. I removed the booster frame and it’s just a matter of bolting in the m/c. Question I have is what part do I need to connect to the lower hole on my brake pedal. The one on The top hole is too big to fit into the master cylinder bore or do I just need to make my own by sticking the booster one in a lathe and turning it down. A big thanks to dattoman. You’ve solved my second last problem holding up my build.

My new brake pedal, as the one fitted is for a manual. Also I now have a manual brake and clutch pedal if anyone needs one.

Brake pedal as is, currently setup for a booster.

Thanks all for your help and efforts.

You need the push rod & clevis from a drum braked car.

One from any early Holden may do the job, if is made the correct length.

I used Dellows adjustable pushrod & clevis...think it came from their hydraulic clutch kit.

Looks just like what drum braked cars had.

M/cyl bolts straight to firewall, use 2 shorter bolts & dellows pushrod...iirc carefully bent brake lines to fit but later on made shorter/neater lines to suit v8 conversion.

Brake pedal was harder obviously...worked well manual but not so well with automatic in gear at lights.
