Hey guys

New cones can be found on eBay but they are pricey.

Hey guys trying to split a old banjo single spinner diff to get the spiders gears out but cannot get the spider gear shaft out , ive remove the cotter pin but the shaft will not move out , I don’t imagine it needs to be pressed as it’s a spinning shaft ... what am I missing here ?

Ok end result
Turns out the shaft is supposed to slide out but but due x amount of years Aussie abuse lol the shaft has spun and now lives there forever unless you cut it out ..

Yep that's what happens with too many one-legged burnouts. The shaft isn't actually supposed to spin, the spiders spin around it, but too much speed just ends up welding them together and the shaft starts turning and ripping into the carrier. Unfortunately this means that the gears are unlikely to be usable even if you do get them out because the internal surface will be damaged.
