My lh povo pack resto has rust in the floor pan below pedal assembly and on the pass side in the same spot. Suggests plenum rust holes. Any idea how many hours to unpick and repair? I know it depeds on how bad, any shots in the dark?

I would bank on 16hrs per side.  8 hours to remove and clean up areas to be welded and  a day or 8 hours to weld in new pan grind / clean up welds.

no two obs worth.

I unpicked mine and didnt take too long.
And cut the sides qith a grinder.
Was alot of surface rust underneath and wire brushed straight off.
I will be treating with kbs and re welding back on.
Pics are in my thread.
There is actually a vid on you tube for lx torana restoration and he shows the whole process
Worth a watch.
Good luck with it.
