I have ‘Dummied Up’ my K-Frame - UC Top Arms mounted on A9X Holes, Harrop Steering Arms, HX One Tonner Studs, HQ Discs, HQ PBR Calipers. With Suspension fully extended - Shocks at max. travel & Bump Stop compressed - I have 6mm clearance on Full Lock between Caliper & Top Arm - will it hit in the real world? Should I grind a bit off the Top Arm for Safety?

I wouldn't bother unless you're planning on some Dukes of Hazzard manoeuvres while you have a handful of steering lock...

The caliper isn't hitting the cross member before the steering stop though is it?

Possibly, theres still range of movement in all the rubber bushes that can't easily be replicated.

76lxhatch - No it isn't - the Photo shows Steering on Full Lock - Rack has bottomed out before Harrop Arms have touched Steering Stop on LCA.

Pretty sure l read about L34's having the top control arm notched in this area to clear

HQ calipers on full compression and full lock. I have the same set up as you and l did mine

as l found going down a steep hill we have around here called Arthur's seat which has really

tight switchback corners and when nose down hard on the brakes they were just touching.

I think you will that on full lock the tyre will hit the guard before the suspension hits the bump stop.
