When you do something Col you do it good and proper. :spoton:
I'd still be checking that when in 1st gear the input shaft turns a smidgen past 2.5 turns to every turn of the output shaft.

You would need a couple of degree wheels to get much more accurate than that ^

 

Or just count the teeth and do the math... as set out in CAMS H2-3 (attached below):

 

Ratio   No.Teeth    

2.54     25 29

         --x--  = (25 / 19) * (29 / 15) = 2.5438596491228070175438596491228

1.83     25 25

         --x--  = (25 / 19) * (25 / 18) = 1.827485380116959064327485380117

Yep..didntvwant to crack it open after they sealed it up so well..so just counted I/P splines  and Output splines and did the maths for 360 degree turn of input.

yeah..just counted the Input & Output shaft splines, and did the maths in each gear, for 1 x 360 degree turn of I/P shaft.
