Hi i have upc hubs, vt rotors with 4 pot nissan calipers but they have shit clearance , thinking of changing to Ba falcon or vt calipers  and want them on the front so can still have full lock with steering.

At the risk of starting a shitfight, having owned a number of Falcons and driven a number of Commodes, Ford has always had the better brakes.

I thought there is difference on the way the caliper bolts to stub axel

Ford have thread in caliper

Commodore thread in stub

so depends what you have now as to which fits easier

I might be completely off the mark here but with the Hoppers kit, which I'm pretty sure are AU calipers, you have to swap the stub axles left to right to retain clearance on full lock, which puts them on the back of the rotor.  Cheers Ron

Mine is UPC Hubs, VT Discs, Harrop Arms, Nissan R32 4 spots, but with custom caliper mounting bracket, and I mucked about raising the upper arm, after that i discovered you can get longer ball joints, this would make it an easier bolt together.

that's a fancy bracket, what size rim can you still fit. did you use the 1'' or .5'' ball joint and did it make a big difference for clearance with the UCA raised.

Neither, I put all of that together before I found out about the longer ball joints, but, if I have to revisit it I'll put a set in then.

At a guess the 1" would be easy, the 1/2" not so sure, I put the ball joint in from below and added a shim of about 1/8" between the upper arm and ball joint.

Wheels are 15x7 with something like a 3" back space, but I'd have to measure them to be certain, there is a nice amount of clearance for everything.

I can get a better pic if you want, and I could measure the BS of the wheels to be more certain.
