How does the heater duct attach

So, I'm into the guts of my dash for wiring reasons and the left side of the heater duct is sagging down and forward. NOw I know why the Demisters didn't work. Is it clips, screws? I feel I may need to jb weld it if it's broken.

Small plastic tabs on each end of the ducting clip into the perforated section of the steel on the dashboard.

Thanks, I'll have a closer look. What are my options except replace. Screw or glue?

Without the side clips it will drop down off the perforated dash ,I'd try and find a good unbroken duct ,I'm not sure how you'd go about fixing one.

Merely making a suggestion on a proven method that works OP can search plastic welding, or someone in his area that can do it if he chooses to.
