Hi

Couple of questions regarding LC XU1 10/70 rocker cover.

Can I please get confirmation if my rocker cover is period correct as per photo ?

Also just confirming that it did not have decals on the rocker cover ?

The spigot for the PCV valve and two tabs to hold the ignition wiring to the coil is correct for LC XU1, and no rocker cover decal.

Definitely yes, along with air cleaner outer lids "only" as in the left inner gaurd or front face, the backs are blue zinc, blue zinc dotlocs & gold zinc horse shoe brackets inside. Gary.

The inner air cleaner base on a LC XU-1 was always factory chromed but never polished .

The inner air cleaner base on a LJ XU-1 was zinc plated .

You can clearly see the differences in the above in clear factory pictures .

Oh, i'll have to check out the air cleaner lids on a friends lc xu1, i thought they zinc too !
