Hi All,

I have cut a slot at the front of a standard console to widen it and fit the ECM for the LS1 under.

I will need to make a new top which I think will be like a tray and would like it to be woodgrain like the dash.

Can woodgrain be bought as a decal? I haven't had success with Google, anyone know if and where it can be bought?

Cheers, Tom

The only thing I can think of at the moment is woodgrain contact paper.

Thanks Gents,

I had considered the woodgrain wrap but didn't think the patterns suited.

I am going to visit a local sign writer and see what they can do. If that doesn't work I will try someone that makes decals.

Cheers, Tom

Try a screen printing shop mate, they get font styles & designs, definitely worth a try, they might be able to scan a sample & mix something.

reckon you could just take a pic  of the wooddgrain you want to match...and take it to a signwriter shop who does vinyl stickers..download it to them..and get them to print you off a square metre or so
