Hi Im thinking of converting my traumatic 253 to a four speed and after advise on what ill need
I already have manual pedals and the car was originally a sunbird with a 4 speed

make sure you use HZ style cable padal assy and UC clutch cable. [UC cable is apx 8 mm long. but you can use a 4 x 3mm washers and adjest the cable] also use HM L34 style headders if you can, they will clear the clutch cable more than any extractors in the market. they are bit longer and pass the gearbox X member.
