Imperial engine, best to talk in inches, I'm guessing .030" which is kind of close to .8mm (.0314961"), unless you're talking a file fit set at .035", ACL list all the pistons and ring sets in imperial, and yes they have .030" and .035" ring sets shown in the list.

 

Do ACL still sell and manufacture stuff? I guess so if the website is still up?

80 thou is written as 0.080", not 0.80. This is where the confusion began.

ACL only manufacture bearings these days unfortunately.
