Statesman,I've seen them on Premiers too.

They were standard fitting on HJ/HX/HZ Caprices, but were also commonly fitted by dealers to Devilles, Premiers etc. etc.

GMH borrowed the Caprice name and the Sail Insignia from Chevrolet.

Hey Guys, part number is 9934387.

 

 

Morning Cook, so this is the ornament that was meant to be the same as the one on the front of my WB. I think I will keep the one already on there :). It has a broken tab. Shouldn't be to hard to fix. If you want it  yours. All I ask is for a picture once it has been fitted to your car. I live in Adelaide ? Rainman

Looks like 9934387 was only used on HJ - Z Caprice. WB Statesmans sported the Wreath & Shield.
