Hi guys,
I have a lx with a non RTS k frame, UC top arms, king springs, koni shocks, Torana stubs, Willwood brake kit, convo pros.
Have had trouble getting the wheels to turn in the guards. (Hitting firewall and catching on the guard lip) the workshop has overcome this by smoothing out the firewall and cutting/ pumping guards by 15mm.

My question is.
Is this all that could have been done? Is there a way the track could have been reduced or something else to make it work with out the cutting and shutting?

Is using the Torana stubs the best option or would the Harrop arms a better option?

Cheers

Two questions.

Does the willwood setup push the bolt up face of the disc further out?
What backspace are your wheels?

Currently they are unable to tell me what the track is although will know in the coming weeks once the engineering process begins

I’ve been told there is only one option with the 15x6 convo pro which is 3.5”

Does anyone know if this setup will increase the track? Or is wheel size the main issue ?

Track is centre of tire to centre of tire..
My guess its def pushed the track width out..

You shouldnt b having any probs with a 15x6 rim with a 3.5 bs..

Ah, I didn't realise that! Thanks.

What would need to change to fix it ? Is it an issue if the track is increased?
