CSA Sprintmasters from the mid/later 1980's onwards. The ones with the horrid rim sizing cast into the outer face of the spokes for all to see. Totally ruined the look of the wheels IMO.

I'd be putting that casting through the milling machine. No more poxy markings then !

Not that simple unfortunately. The JJ 6 X 13 etc raised lettering is cast into the black web section of the spokes. If one was to mill the lettering down I reckon it would look worse having a milled patch amongst the casting texture.

With casting on the inside of the rim , I don't think any one will see it

I reckon you could replicate the cast look again Dave, probably not worth it though. But it's all possible with some thought & good equipment & obviously operators. Gary.

If it was on the inside (back) of the rim I wouldn't have mentioned it.
