Good size street cam and good gears too. Should work nicely.  Had similar set up but with a 355 stroker.

I have a similar combo in 355 guise. Flat tappet cam 246 deg @ 050, 554 lift 110 deg separation. (Crane CCH-314A) 11:1 Compression. TP DP high rise manifold. Tremec TKO  600(2.87,1.89,1.28,1,0.82), 3:08 diff ratio. (I don't like revving hard on highways) The engine has plenty of torque to pull the gearing and throw the car forwards. 1st(2.87) is a bit tall as I need to slip the clutch a bit but most people wouldn't notice. It will spin the back wheels in first without any trouble. In second too but needs to be full throttle.

I think you can go higher with compression, same as mine. 11:1. (Still pump fuel safe with this cam spec)

In a perfect world I would run with 3:36 diff and use the 2.87,1.89,1.28,1, 0.64 ratio box.

Cheers, Steve.

Fill out the form and send to cam company they can generally best advise otherwise your guessing.
Be realistic and truthful with your details to them,

crow nailed mine, supplied exactly what i wanted from the engine.
