What was the maximum reading on the dial of the LJ XU1 speedo?

120 MPH earlier than mid 1973 then 200KPH after is my understanding.

120mph imperial instrument.

200kmh/125mph dual scale metric instrument.

Not only XU1, the GTR was the same AFAIK.

Agree.

 

But of course the auxiliary gauge dash could be optionally ordered on the other models as well, but the speedo in those dashes was still the standard one.
