Does anyone have the factory torque specs for nose cone to case, extension housing to case and side cover to case?

I've got a Max Ellery book around here but they're not always the most accurate things.

Use the 3 spd torque specs as the 4spd in the LC shop manual is the Opel box not the Aussie.
