Hi guys

I have decided to upgrade my manifold and carby on my red 202. I am currently running a 350 Holley on a Redline manifold which got me 136rwhp.

Looking to upgrade to a 4bbl carb and manifold with mechanical secondaries just unsure what combination will get me to around the 200rwhp figure or more?

I was looking at the Aussie speed manifolds they look the part but are they any good? I've read a lot of people saying the Cain manifold is the way to go but hard to get? And anywhere from a Holley 465 - 600 is the way to go?

It's only a weekend car so fuel economy doesn't worry me and as long as it's relatively nice to drive, not an absolute pig. I am planning on getting the combo dyno'd once selected.

Engine was rebuilt about 5000ks ago.

Red 202 bored 60 thou

Flat top pistons

Std rods and crank

Fully balanced bottom end

Head and block have been decked

Solid Crow cam 35626 with springs and lifter to suit the cam

Yella Terra roller rockers

9 port head with mild head porting (don't know the flow figures)

Straight cut timing gears

Extractors

JP Hi volume oil pump

Gearbox is a M20 4 speed

Borgwarner diff with 3.45 gears

I've searched and read a heap of threads but haven't got a clear answer as I'm way out of my depth when it comes to this sort of stuff. So any help is much appreciated

Cheers Nathan

Put a 465 Holley on it, no bigger. Even better, put triples on it.
200rwhp is a fairly lofty aspiration.
Don't think you have enough cam, probably not enough compression or decent enough head or pipes.
Sounds like a good combo for the street though, and with a 4 barrel and a good tune, 160rwhp maybe?
