Are the bolts that hold the 2 sections together longer for the XU1 calliper with the spacer than the standard 6 cylinder ones? Can't find anything in the parts catalogue. Also did the XU1 have the spacer where the calliper mounts to stubb axles? Same as HK / HT V8

The bolts I can't answer at the moment but definitely no HG V8 caliper to stub axle type spacers for the XU1.

Servicing the LJ this arvo so checked the caliper bolts while she's jacked up.  I've compared the length of a set of std 6cyl caliper bolts to the XU1 caliper, a bit of measuring with the vernier, a bit of addition & subtraction and yes the XU1 caliper bolts are roughly the thickness of the spacer plate longer than the std caliper bolts.

thanks for that

bought a set of spacers years ago from HT V8  and they came with the bolts and didn't have a standard bolt out to compare

now some one wants them so will give him bolts as well
