Agree, not good, but hey that's motor racing.

They know the risks when they take them out on the track.

One blew an engine coming over the hump on mountain straight and created a HUGE oil down, other Torana hit it then hit the Torana. The roadways group C Commodore, Xerox shop Starion and ex Wilmington XJS all hit the slick too and nearly made it a 5 car incident!

Hi guys, not a great weekend and yes are well aware of the risks!  I've owned this car for over 20 years and this is the first major incident I've had. Focus now is to get it fixed ASAP so putting a call out to all my fellow torana enthusiasts - does anyone have any rails & rad support assemblies they would sell to me for a very good cause please?  Also if anyone has any hanging panels for sale please let me know.  Thanks heaps!

It is great to see that everybody came out of it unhurt. I believe 5 cars hit that patch of oil.  Was there any reason for the secrecy over the following 48 hours Steve? Posts were getting taken down on facebook within minutes of them being put up, and even threats made when one guy posted a few pics.
