Has anyone fitted the rare spares lc lj outer weather strip/belt on there 2 door? If I fit mine so it sits nice against the quarter window frame the seal is about 5mm to short at the other end. Looks horrible! The quarter window frame is pulled over as much as I can get it so the window still operates properly. Anyone have this problem?

I have installed the RS bits and don't remember any issues. Have you got a photo?

^^^ +1. pics would be helpful.

Centre the belt weatherstrip in the window opening. I have GMH strips and if I pushed them up to one end so there is no gap I reckon there would be a gap of approx 4 mm at the other end.

Perhaps you have a different profile bailey channel which contributes to making any gap/s appear larger?
