Hi All

Had a rego sticker made by Graffix Unlimited and would like to know the original position for it. Some are on the windscreen bottom left corner and some on the vent window. Which is right position from the dealership in 1971?

Cheers John

If you have a left hand door side mirror in the normal LC position then on the 1/4 window glass may not be a good idea.

I imagine it would depend on the Dealership and/or the person installing the rego label to the car.

No side mirror and I think your are right, it was up to wherever the person at the dealership felt like sticking it. I wasn't sure if at the time NSW regulations said it had to be in a certain position.

I think they do look good, but just make sure, that you don't get fined, for displaying an out of date, rego label. It's a couple point fine & $$ in qld. I would hope that the officer, would see the cool perspective though. Maybe check first.

I remember them being passenger side windscreen but mostly being up top as needed to be clearly in view.

Should bring the damn things back.

I put mine on the passenger quarter vent window even though most cars had them on the windscreen.

My reason being I'm more likey to smash a windscreen than the quarter vent and those stickers arent cheap.
