HI all.  Whilst contemplating some other matters thought I would look at final fit of the cowl, wiper motor etc.  When I had the motor reconditioned the auto elec said I would need to know where the arm sat at rest before I could finish fitting.  So as I see it, it either sits down or 180o up at rest but without any electrics in the car I don't know, or am I missing something?  Thanks in advance as always. Cheers Ron

I should add I'm referring to the small arm that comes off the motor not the arms of the blades. Cheers Ron

Ron I think I would just wait until your electrics are in then run the motor a few times

so it can find it's park position before connecting up the linkages.

You are most probably right Stuart. I was just trying to get something ticked off the list and it has a flow on effect.  Until I sort it our I can't fix the cowl and I can't fix the wiper squirters and I can't fix the cowl lacing.  Cheers Ron

Just leave the wiper arms off until you can run it.

Everything else can be fitted .

Thanks Col.  I had thought about that but wasn't sure if it would impact anything else (knowing my luck). Cheers Ron
