looking for information on the bracket marked

bolts to firewall

I have 3 of the setups and all are missing this bracket

need to know the measurements so I can make one

unless some one has one they don't need

also what have people done to replace the rubber bushes?

I have a complete unit  which I plan to keep but I can take some photos and measurements

if you wish.

 

Also the rubbers look very much like original upper shock absorber mount rubbers but the cup washer look smaller.

probably don't need pics but measurements, particularly thickness and an idea of the bend

I thought of those rubbers as wel but I think they are thicker

Just curious but I thought cable and mechanical had different throw out setups. Pull vs push. Are you changing box or bellhousing/throw out lever.

If you end up with push setup then hydraulic trumps mechanical imho, though not factory.

Yes different bell housing for cable and rat trap. Use an early Commodore bell housing and full cable. Gear box suddenly became very noisy so I have to change it and I want to take the car back more original It's only stock 202 so clutch operation not big deal.
