may depend on the State?
( similar outcome in reality)

• When a 165mm diameter sphere is placed on the
bonnet in front of the scoop (or bonnet projection) and
rolled rearwards until it touches the scoop, no point of
contact between the sphere and the scoop shall lie
above a horizontal plane passing through the centre of
the sphere.

I guess a 165mm sphere, is a simulated head?

Read one of my other posts.

Time and place for doing these types of things.

This was a clear fail for both.

Driver likely did not have the skill level required either.

But then few drivers are nearly as good as they think they are anyway.

Most crashes happen due to driver incompetence purely and simply.

Have never been to a crash where knowing how to pass a driving test would have avoided the crash.

Did you know the radio aerial on VE Commodores tapped the back window at about 240kph?

Cheers

Rob

Yeah,

and we are old sckool,

where you do not speed where there are trees, bushes, crests, curves, in a built up area, and around cars.

Go out Bush where there are no one around.

You young blokes have a lot to learn.

I think we can all agree that we have done stupid things on the road. Most of the time we get away with it, that doesn't make us less stupid just lucky.

This guy was stupid and unlucky.
