Anyone know whether the 'Boo Hoo Super Roo' bumper sticker for Bathurst 1972 can still be purchased. The one with the genuine Super Roo GT falcon motif is the one I'm chasing.

Hoo Roo Super Roo is the famous 1969 version Harry Firth came up with, along with another poking fun at the GT-HO, I think it was GT Ho Ho Ho. I haven’t seen the 1972 version described.

Yeh there was a great bumper sticker I saw on the rear bumper (funny that) of an XU1 on the internet and just assumed they would be commonplace, clearly not which is a shame. Thanks anyway

The 1969 versions were afaik Harry’s fun at Ford not building the GT-HO to his specifications, remember Ford sacked him in 1968. Funny thing is the 1969 GT-HO was faster in lap time at Bathurst than the 1970 GT-HO II, and the 1969 race time was faster than 1970 despite a fair few early laps under yellow flags in 1969 after the crash in the Esses on the first lap. The 351 Windsor powered GT-HO as tested by magazines was faster than the Phase II as well in the hands of same magazines.

Thanks Dave but no not that one. The one I saw was on the rear bumper of an XU1 photo on the internet which I came across whilst browsing (I think that's what they call it?) and that was a thousand google searches ago. Its an exact copy of the GTHO super roo sticker but with a caption above the roo "Boo hoo super roo 1972" something like that. The owner might have crafted it himself.
