Yep had the 4 teeth swapped out , and have painted 1 side of the box

By the looks you have a 3.08 rear axle L34 input shaft and cluster gear in a regular HJ or later LH 4spd case. If the input shaft is 6cyl length it has been machined I'd say.

If it was mine I'd pull it apart and sell the cluster to an L34 owner, would probably bring big $ if still good. And put the box back together as a regular XU1/M20, by simply sticking in an XU1 input, cluster and M20 3rd gear. All the rest is fine to use. I'd try and find a 1973 case too, shouldn't be too hard to find as lots of HQ's made with them. You could use a 3spd case too with either a modified case or with a split reverse idler.
