Would like to put my original glass back in the replacement left doors

 

Front was super easy the rear sounds silly hard, hoping someone has an easy explanation then the nightmarish posts i've read here and other messageboards

 

It's a bummer the car was changed lanes into as this door is perfect otherwise

 

[Statler]

Remove the adjuster from the bottom of the guide.

Remove the screw from the top of the guide.

Pull the bailey channel rubber out of the guide from inside the door.

Lower the glass 75mm & remove the winder mech.

Lower the glass to bottom of door, tilt the guide forward & remove the  bailey channel rubber from the guide.

Remove 1/4 glass

Remove guide.

Have beer
