Hi all,
This could be a straight stupid question but what do you guys recommend coolant wise for my engine bare in mind it’s alloy heads, alloy radiator and electric CVR?
I’m only asking as I’ve only ever had all iron 308’s and usual radiator and I’m not sure what would be best
Cheers

Pretty sure nulon do a coolant to suit all engine metals like yours, can't remember what it's called though. Jump on their coolant guide & have a look though mate.

It's not advisable to put coolant into a new engine until it's done a couple of heat cycle's, just to give the head gasket a better chance of sealing.

So just run distilled water?

You can use distilled water if you like, I personally just use tap water. Start the engine & let it get to operating temp. a couple of times, then let some enough water out to put the coolant in.
