I did start a build thread a while ago but just didn't bother posting up progress photo's etc. I prefer to swing spanners than typing on a keyboard.

 

Anyway, I finished the Contessa Gold SS & thought the guys that aren't on Fake Book might want to see the end result of my 2000 hour build..Cheers Ando

What sort of chassis rail plugs did you use? Im not normally a fan of them but yours look discrete.

They're a rare spares H series part. Can't remember the part number but probably a shock hole plug in which there's 2 in the blister packet.

Ha! I reckon never lol..she's got plenty of sports appeal as it is. 

 

No such thing..SS flares. Only L34'S & A9X had them. I've got a flared SS anyway so it's no big deal to me  :P

Oh ok. Are they steel or rubber? I think the Torana has a similar big rubber bung for the rear shock hole from memory.

They're rubber. I don't like metal hole plugs either. I cut the the underside of the grommet to fit into the chassis holes turned down lip.
