Mate of mine just picked up a HG Prem that is in need of a nut/bolt Resto. Does anyone have an electronic workshop manual and parts book to suit this series of Holden? Hoping to give him a hand with it where I can.

The workshop manual is a supplement to HT which is a supplement to HK. Will see if I can find one. Parts catalogues come up relatively often.

Books are probably too valuable to pull apart to scan. Torana ones used to be really cheap and were probably sacrificed to scan. Plus the older ones have never been as easy to find as later 70’s stuff.

I think I paid about $100 for the GMH torana manual so that I could dismantle it and scan it for the greater good of the torana community.

It’d destroy the spines of them if you tried to scan them. Makes them useless to read and turns a valuable book into loose pages that tear when you try to bind them. They are too hard to use electronically, as a book you can find stuff far quicker.
Plus if you make them electronic scumbags put them on CD and sell them on EBay. This is why I didn’t put my website back up anymore.

That is the reprint I think of the HK, HK sheet metal and the HT and HG supplements I put in a prior post. It isn’t scanned, but a new printing of original manuals. You’ve been able to buy the HQ ones reprinted for a while too.

To do a HK properly you need 4 x different parts catalogues from memory. Depends on which HK and when it was made.
