Lc gtr floor shift steering column

Hi years ago i put a lj column in my lc floor shift gtr and now i want to put the original column back in but after storing it disassembled for 20+years i cant figure out how the top goes back together even with a workshop manual. I also think im missing some kind of mounting plate for the top bearing. Any pics or help would be appreciated also any help finding parts for these columns, thanks
