Hi Guy's.
If i were to pull a 202 & Trimatic out of a LC Torana & Fit it into an LX Torana, Would the engine sit further back towards firewall or further forward towards Radiator or exactly the same ???

It will sit in the same place an original red 6 sits in an LX. Only major difference is the sump, but from memory an LJ sump works in an LH-UC but not vice versa. You'll need LX compatible stuff on the 202 and Trimatic though, like cable throttle carby setup and possibly ADR27A switches, sensors etc on the engine and gearbox if the LX is post 5/76.
