Hi guys, Need some info on fitting a Holley 350 onto a stock 202 lx,What throttle cable should i use and what size jets do i use for a stock motor and Is the existing choke cable ok to use? Whats the best method of connecting the extractors to the existing exhaust pipe?

Stock 350 would probably work? Existing choke cable should work too. Off the shelf extractors will be close to engine pipe size after the collector. An exhaust joint could rectify any size difference. Throttle cable might have to be custom.

My experience with what you are doing from doing it in the 80’s, don’t. Sell it and buy an S intake and get a WW Stromberg or Weber off a Falcon built to suit. If it’s a stock 202 a 350 is probably too big. The S setup with extractors and HEI ignition off an XT5 engine will give you a better result for driveability.

^ Agree , a 202 that sees 5000rpm at a .8 VE will only need 234 CFM which makes the 350 a little on the over carbed. side of things , the WW or the weber would be much nicer , there was a thread around here somewhere where a member had fitted the weber to a 202 with good results , i think the weber is  a mechanical "staged" 2 bbl with slightly smaller primary throat than the secondary which would make for good air speed and throttle response and still breathe  , the WW just opens both throats together but both carbs.  would need tweaking to suit engine and once set up either choice should work , the WW was on 186s and most 253's and worked on both engines.

Standard V8 throttle cable for Holley on a 6. Vice versa for V8.

^Thats the Ford Webber, there was an aftermarket version 32/36DGV with cable choke. I had one on a 202 with a 186 WW manifold & adaptor, worked awesome straight out of the box...

Agree the holley 350 don't work the best on red six. Poor atomization seems to be the main problem, rather than being too big a maximum flow rate. In fact a holley 390 4 barrel will work better.

A lot cheaper and even better on stock motor is the XE falcon 200cui Weber or similar and also the WW Stromberg as said.
