I would have dropped the oil and changed filter as soon as the cam and rings were bedded. If I were you, I would drop the oil right now.
If it's mild, put in a good mineral 15/40, go another 1000ks, change oil and filter again and then return to your normal oil change intervals.
My guess is you will achieve better pressure with the correct oil.

i use penrite 25/60 gas for my run in oil.i had a look at crane cams site they were saying about what types of mineral oil to use for run in.
Ok guys I have done 300ks in my lc over the last 3 months should I change the run in oil? Or go a few more kms? The ending was a mild full rebuild. I’m not sure what oil I should run either? Not sure how the tolerances were on the crank etc. but with the current oil I’m seeing 17psi at idle hot and about 30 psi at 2500rpm. At 4000rpm it looks like the psi is dropping off as on the mechanical gauge it’s showing 35psi. Not sure if that’s due to the run in oil?
what does your oil pressure at cold start?and what brand and type of oil are you using?

Cold start is about 30 psi. Hell knows what my engine builder put in as run in oil
You could ask?
While you are at it get a copy of all the build documents he/she has.
