See photo. 5/72 XU1. Is this how it left GMH? two type of fuel hose clamps exiting tank?
Is this unmolested

GMH did not use worm drive hose clamps on the fuel lines in the production of these cars.
Should be two spring steel hose clamps.

Thought same Dave but what made me question this was that I compared this worm drive clamp head and other features and it appears to be exactly the same as the two clamps on the fuel tank filler pipe (smaller version of course).

Dave's on the money, hope you find a good clamp Mark, be careful not to damage that original fuel hose to, can't get a grain pattern like that anymore sadly.
I doubt it is the original fuel hose however if it is 48 years old it will be showing it's age.

That fuel hose is as hard as steel and unlikely to be able to get it off without wrecking it

Haha, I was almost going to say ti will be hard as a rock but thought nah, it won't be that old.
Be a good idea to replace it before it can give you any grief.

While I'm on this topic, are these OEM hose clamps fitted to my fuel filler pipe? Have "utilux HSP-133 Australia" on them?

Yes they are correct.
The alignment of the filler neck and the tank inlet pipe isn't flash though.
